Step up to the counter and choose from an array of fresh ingredients to be tossed atop a slice, such as meatballs or Transylvanian garlic.  The tattooed dudes running the place are constantly throwing dough and lifting slices in and out of the big ovens right before your eyes.  A giant cheese slice will only cost you $2.50 plus 50 cents per topping, which explains the reason you’ll even see suits in here during the weekly lunch hour.
