The prices are great when you consider the quality and portions of food. Expect to get full without breaking the bank, and enjoy a well-priced beer with your meal if you happen to make it there during happy hour, which is Mon-Sat 4-6:30pm. Happy hour deals include $2 beers, cheap apps, and $4 mojitos among other things.
I've heard people complain about Sabor suffering an identity crisis because they offer foods from all over Central and South America. I fail to see the problem here, and I think these people are missing the point entirely - it's a LATIN American restaurant, not Mexican. I quite like being able to order Chilean empanadas and a Cuban steak sandwich from the same restaurant.
I recommend a patio seat if available and weather-permitting, though seating inside provides an equally enjoyable experience. My only gripe is that free salsa and chips are only offered if you have a long wait for a table during peak hours. Other than that, another great little eatery in Denver's Highland neighborhood.
